Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates - Conduct employee orientation and ensure new hires are properly onboarded - Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures - Assist with strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement programs - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Skills:
- Proficiency in ADP time management systems - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
